Rodrigo Orozco
At just 26 years old, I’m proud to be one half of the founding team behind Flip & Sip. I was raised with the belief that every person deserves the same respect — from the janitor to the CEO — and that principle continues to guide both my personal life and our business.
Coming from an immigrant family has taught me the value of hard work, gratitude, and embracing every opportunity that comes my way. In addition to co-founding Flip & Sip, I’m also pursuing my passion as an aspiring Latin music artist, dedicated to building a future in the industry.
One quote that has always stayed with me is: “Sometimes life is about risking it all for a dream only you can see.” It’s a reminder to keep believing in your vision, even when the path isn’t easy.

At 24 years old, I’m proud to have been raised in Oklahoma City and shaped by a strong Hispanic household that instilled in me the values of hard work, humility, and perseverance.
Becoming one half of Flip & Sip’s founding team at a young age has taught me the importance of discipline, confidence, and pursuing goals with purpose and determination.
Coming from an undocumented family, I witnessed firsthand the sacrifices made to create better opportunities for future generations. Those experiences continue to motivate me to grow both personally and professionally every day.
I strongly believe that fear creates limitations, but belief is what pushes you beyond them. With the right mindset and dedication, anything is possible.
